Some HIV positive men believe that since they are already infected, they do not risk anything from unprotected sex with other positive men.

The risk is not only from HIV, but a spectrum of other sexually transmitted infections such as Hepatitis B and C, syphilis, LGV, herpes, anal warts, etc. Some of them are life-threatening, and many do not have effective treatmets and are lifelong afflictions. being HIV positive means you can still take steps to keep yourself healthy and strong!
