What is Safe Sex?

HIV is found in blood, semen and vaginal fluids. Any activity that avoids contact with and an exchange of these fluids from someone who has HIV can be considered 'safe'. Using a barrier all the time, such as condom, for anal sex is effective in making it 'safe' for both the top and bottom.
