Can you tell if someone is HOV positive? Isn't there a specific "look" of someone on treatment?

Didn'y anyone teach you never to judge book by its cover? This is especially true for HIV and dangerously so if you do. Many HIV positive men look extremely healthy. Some may not even know they are HIV positive. The decision whether or not to practice safe sex should never be based on how a person looks.
