Is it safe to kiss someone HIV positive?

Absolutely. There is insufficient virus present in saliva for it to be considered infectious. Note that if deep kissing is onvolved, and if both parties have cuts or ulcers in each other's mouth, there is a theoretical possibility that HIV can be transmitted through the exchange of blood, though the risk is low.
