Is it safe to have oral sex without a condom?

Oral sex is considered low risk, but not' no risk'. Globally, there have been very few documented cases of men being infected from oral sex without any other accompanying risk factors such as unprotected anal sex. However, it is not zero. You can use condoms for oral sex. Otherwise, if you have cuts or ulcers in your mouth, don't have oral sex.
